8 Week Belly Buster End

Join us for our 8 week Belly Buster Challenge!

When: September 24th- November 17th

*Initial Weigh-In: 3:00pm, Sunday September 23rd
*Half-way there, Weigh-In: (optional) Must be scheduled with a Trainer. October 17th-October 24th
*Final Weigh-In: 3:00pm, Sunday November 18th. There will be a celebration dinner to follow, along with an award ceremony.

*Accountability Agreement
*Club access for non-members
*All fitness classes on the schedule will be included for all participants
*4: group challenge team workouts
*2: 30-day Ab Challenges
*Nutritional Guidance
*Prizes for overall male and overall female. (Based off overall percentage of weight loss, body fat, and body measurements)

The cost will be $45 for members and $70 for non-members

A series of classes moving from Yoga Flow, to Pilates, to Core Barre, to Bootcamp, to Core De Force, and ending with Deep Stretch Yoga! The entire event is free for all members and non members, so bring a friend! You will also receive a FREE TEE SHIRT. RSVP here and comment Tee Shirt Size below.
