We want to sincerely thank you for being a part of our insurance-covered membership programs. Having you in our community has meant so much to us, and we truly value the time, energy, and commitment you’ve shared with Millennium Family Fitness.

As we move forward, we do need to let you know that our facility will no longer be participating in insurance-based membership programs. We realize this may come as disappointing news, and we want you to know this decision was not made lightly. Your presence in our club has been appreciated more than words can express, and we are grateful for the impact you’ve made here.

We also understand that re-enrollment for many health insurance plans is right around the corner. If your membership is currently being paid through one of these insurance programs and you would like to remain a member with us, you will need to change your membership type no later than December 31, 2025.

For our senior members, we are pleased to offer a special discounted membership option. This includes 10% off regular pricing:

• Individual Senior Membership: $86.40/month

• Couple Senior Membership: $97.20/month
