Millennium offers tennis lessons and professional coaching to our members by our expert tennis pros. Proper instruction is critical to play to your fullest potential. Professional coaching can benefit you by reducing the chance of developing injury, forming habits, and helping you improve at an accelerated rate.

Adult Tennis Programs

  • Beginner clinic is designed to teach the basics of tennis to those who are just starting out. This clinic typically focusses on teaching proper stroke technique and the fundamentals of the game.

  • Intermediate clinic is designed to expand upon the basics of tennis to those who have already begun their tennis journey. With a focus on technical mastery and strategic decision-making, this clinic equips players for successful competitive play.

  • This dynamic, King and Queen of the Court format offers continuous play, upbeat music, and quick rotations. A great option for players seeking a fun, social, and cardio-intensive way to improve skills and stay active.

  • Ideal for seasoned players, the Adult Advanced Clinic centers on point play and competitive scenarios. Training highlights court positioning, shot selection, and match strategy to support continuous improvement and peak performance.
    This clinic takes place on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 8:30am-10:00am.

  • Power Hour is ideal for seasoned players, centered on point play and competitive scenarios. Training highlights court positioning, shot selection, and match strategy to support continuous improvement and peak performance.
    This clinic takes place on Monday and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7:30pm.

Junior Tennis Academy

Millennium’s Junior Tennis Academy offers a complete developmental pathway for young athletes. Programs are organized by age, ball color, and skill level to help players build confidence, learn proper match play, and progress into competitive junior tennis.

  • Tiny Acers

    Development Focus: Movement, coordination, listening skills
    Age: 4–6 years old

    Perfect for young players who are learning how to move, follow instruction, and explore tennis in a fun, active, and encouraging environment. This group provides the foundation for future racket skills, balance, and hand-eye coordination.

  • FUNdamentals

    Development Focus: Fun, basic tennis skills, and game introduction
    Age: 7–10 years old

    Ideal for beginners who are new to tennis and want to learn the sport in an upbeat, engaging, and social setting. Players develop basic strokes, rally skills, and a love for the game.

    Point Builders

    Development Focus: Sportsmanship, competitiveness, and early match play
    Age: 10 & Under - tournament-ready athletes

    Designed for players beginning their junior tennis tournament journey. Focus is placed on point construction, court awareness, and competing with integrity through sportsmanship-driven match play.

  • Baseline Beginners

    Development Focus: Consistency and early technical foundations
    Age: 10–12 years old

    Perfect for players building confidence with baseline rallies and transitioning toward more structured match play.

    Point Advancers

    Development Focus: Playstyle, mindset, and competitive progression
    Age: 12 & Under- tournament-level athletes

    For junior athletes actively competing and looking to advance their tactical awareness, match confidence, and tournament performance.

    Age: 13+ - Beginner level
